For each selected position in the analyzer sample tray, a selected volume of liquid is dispensed by the dispenser.

Select the application (SyringeCheck) and click Continue.
Select the location where the test will be performed by checking the Y/N column.
Select the dispenser to test on the Dispenser to use Column

Insert the volume to dispense on the test container on the Sample volume column
Weigh a container and place it on the analyzer.
Enter the weight of the container
in the Empty weight column
in the corresponding row of the
placed container.
Repeat steps 3 - 7 for more tests.
Close the cover of the analyzer.
Click Start.
If not all selected rows contain a value in the Empty Weight column, a message is displayed to the user.
Fill in all empty weights and click on OK.
For each of the rows in the analysis table, the corresponding manipulator of the selected diluter moves to the appropriate position and dispenses the selected volume of liquid. When all rows are processed, the manipulators are parked and a message appears prompting the user to enter the weight of the containers into the analysis table.
Fill the full weights and click OK on the
message.
To ensure the accuracy of the results, you should check the deviation between the sample volume and the expected weight. If there is a large deviation from the expected volume or if there is a large variation between tests, you should check the tubing for leaks.
The Skalar RoboticAccess software automatically calculates the difference between the empty and the filled beaker. Check the deviation between the sample volume and the expected weight.
