Ensure there is sufficient free space on drive C: where analysis files are stored.
👉 Free up space regularly to avoid data loss.

⚡ 2. Secure against power issues

If the lab experiences frequent power outages or surges, consider installing a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) for both the PC and the instrument.
This helps avoid corrupted files due to abrupt shutdowns.

📁 3. Limit the number of archived analyses

In the Data Processing section of FlowAccess:

Keep only around 50 archived analyses in the visible list.
You can delete them from the list—they will remain accessible via import from the FlowAccessPostV3/Archives folder.

📈 4. Manage non-archived analyses

Keep no more than 10 unarchived analyses to reduce risk.
Archive older runs regularly to avoid overloading the software.

🚫 5. Clean up problematic statuses

Delete any run showing "Run Created" or "Error in restoring",
as they can block automatic archiving and create instabilities.

🖥 6. Check software version compatibility

After a recent update, ensure your FlowAccess version is 3.4.1 or higher for full Windows 11 compatibility.
Older versions may cause issues with analysis restoration.
