Alignment Check
Follow the steps below carefully to check the alignment. If you encounter any issues during the process, please submit a support ticket or contact helpdesk@skalar.com
Shut down the system using the screen
Manually move the sampler arm to the service position
Manually move the claw up and down by hand
Observe the movement:
Ensure the claw moves freely without resistance.
If you notice any blockage, check whether a cable is causing the resistance.
