On the USB, there will be a folder called either "backup config" or the serial number for the system.

Insert the USB into the touchscreen and turn the system on.
Exit the program screen by clicking the "X" in the top right corner
Navigate to "My Device" > "Hard drive"
Copy the files in the backup folder: "N2config", "I12config", "config", "methods" (folder), and logs (folder, if applicable).
- To copy, select edit, then select all in the drop-down menu. Then select edit again, followed by copy.
Exit the screen by clicking the "X" in the top right corner.
Navigate through "My Device" > "ResidentFlash2" > "SPE-03" (folder)
Paste in this location by selecting edit, then select paste in the drop-down menu. Allow the files to overwrite the files already present in that location.
Turn the system off, wait 3 seconds, then turn the system back on.
