Loosen the tray set screw and pull the tray towards you.
Turn the rod counterclockwise to bring the rod into the tray lock, as shown in the document attached.
Turn on the system and allow the system to pass initialization.
If the system does not pass initialization, turn the motor rod counterclockwise so that it is further into the tray lock. Then, turn the system off and on again.
Close the SPE-03 software by tapping the “X” button on the top right corner.
On the desktop, navigate to “My Device,” open the folder “ResidentFlash2”, then double tap to open the application “PromoChrom_Tool_CE.” The PromoChrom Tool application will launch, which will allow for testing whether the tray motor is working accurately.
Grip the motor rod firmly to prevent the rod from turning.
In the “Command” field, type “Y2” (upper-case “y”) and press “Send.” The motor rod should move towards the back of the system.
In the “Command” field, type “Y0” (upper-case “y”) and press “Send.” The motor rod should move towards the front of the system.
